experience in coordinating special events and weddings, both large and small. Letia's Bridal has coordinated
many weddings and receptions and will bring you a wealth of knowledge from the most talented service

all the necessary information required for your function.


WEDDING:
A professional coordinator's job is to make sure every detail of your wedding goes as planned. She will go
over the details from the beginning before you arrive at the church to after the reception, leaving you with an
itinerary for the wedding and reception. This itinerary will be followed on your wedding day as planned;
making changes in the middle of the ceremony is not recommended; and can causes problems that give the
appearance of an unorganized wedding and reception. Everyone has a part in making sure things go as
planned between you and your professional coordinator.

Your job is to explain to your wedding party that you have hired a professional coordinator to insure that your
special day is illustrated just as you have dreamed and planned. Discuss with them that you would appreciate
it if they would follow the direction of the coordinator regardless of how they think something should be done.

Your professional coordinator's job is to rehearse your ceremony with your bridal party before the wedding
day. At the rehearsal it is the duty of the bridal party to take direction from the coordinator in accordance to
the wedding. Each detail will be rehearsed from start to finish. When selecting your bridal party it is important
that you let them know what is expected of them and it might require a lot of practice and time, because you
want your wedding to go just as you and your professional coordinator have designed.

Remember that it is the duty of the coordinator to accommodate you in any way possible, however it is not the
duty of the coordinator to force the bridal party to practice or to reprimand the bridal party. Most importantly
on rehearsal night make sure that everyone involved in the ceremony is present at the rehearsal so that it
can actually be a complete rehearsal of your ceremony. It is highly recommended that whoever is playing the
music and or singing should attend the rehearsal. Once you receive your itinerary for the wedding and
reception and you agree upon it that is the agenda that will be followed.


DECORATING:
How to Choose a Wedding Decorator
Many brides find amazing ideas in bridal magazines, and at other friends' weddings. Whether it's a ceiling
draping with lights, a head table and cake table lit up with beautiful sheer fabrics and fancy clusters of bows
and flowers, or a pretty backdrop behind the head table with lots of lights and greens and flowers, something
wonderful happens when guests enter a reception hall, finished with glamorous detail.

Although many brides think it might be fun for them to decorate the banquet room, the reality is; that it takes a
lot more work than one realizes to achieve a professionally decorated atmosphere. It isn't easy to find all the
accessories at affordable prices. Most brides also underestimate the final cost that the "list of incidentals"
amount to for a first time decorator. When you think about the time and effort it takes to decorate an entire
hall, added to all the other stress of planning a wedding, it becomes obvious that hiring a professional
decorator is a sensible choice.


What Should You Look For?
A good decorator will respond to your call quickly and set up a meeting, either at your home, their place of
business, or at your wedding venue. A professional decorator will consult with you to determine your vision
for a perfect day and offer options to customize the decorating to match your style and taste -- not just a
wedding in a box with few or no choices. The decorator should also offer you helpful tips on how to get the
most for your money.

You should expect to see a portfolio of the decorating done for other clients and a list of references that you
can contact. A good decorator will do a site inspection to determine what will work; and take necessary
measurements. A great decorator will not promise anything that can't be done. A reputable decorator will
send or e-mail the bride and groom a proper contract itemizing each item and price and outlining the payment
schedule and cancellation policy. Remember, a contract protects you. A responsible decorator returns phone
calls promptly during the planning process answering your questions or concerns and is respectful of your
time. A good decorator arrives on time prepared with all items, equipment, experience, knowledge and the
staff required to complete the job.

A great decorator will have the décor completed long before the guests arrive. No preparation or tear-down
work should be seen by anyone at the wedding reception. The only thing a bride and groom are responsible
for is to walk into a beautifully decorated reception hall and gasp with delight when they see their vision
become a reality. And finally, when your beautiful celebration comes to and end, you and your groom, the
wedding party, family and guests should leave with just the memory of a wonderful day.

are being charged the total cost of your entire order before it leaves the US. This total "Shipping Cost" for
Canadian orders includes the shipping cost, the brokerage fee, the customs duty, and the GST. Your order
will be delivered to your door and you owe nothing more.

Return and Exchange policy We accept returns for store credit!


Most special occasion stores
(both internet and retail locations) have a policy not to accept returns
on dresses for Special Occasions - including Prom
(a "Special Occasion" dress is one that usually
worn once for an extra-special-one-time-event)
. Here at Letia's Bridal, we have listened to our
customers and we do accept returns for store credit for a few reasons.


1. We realize that even with best intentions in estimating your size and viewing the dress online, there may
be instances that the item purchased is not as expected. We want to be able to give you an opportunity to get
a dress that is as good as you expect.

2. We want you to be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our dresses are for special events, and
we want you to feel you have the perfect dress for your important day.

3. We are confident that you will be able to find that perfect dress because we have the large stock of special
occasion dresses online and a lots of styles to choose from.

We are sure you can find a replacement dress. We also offer shoes, Tuxedo/Men Suits and other accessories
that store credit may be applied to.



NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS We accept returns on ALL of our product lines.
Unlike our competitors, there are no "designer exclusions" or
"special order requirements" based on
manufacturer. The only exceptions are below.

1.Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items
marked final sale/no returns.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you
may return your merchandise for store credit on the price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Due to the
seasonal nature of our merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return
authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization
number from us.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM If you would like to exchange an item for any reason you must return the
original item to us per our return policy above. Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected,
you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our return policy. Once you receive your
store credit code you will need to place a new order.



IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:
You have 5 days to return your item. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date
and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.

The dress must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. Any items returned to us without
original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, with odors
(i.e. Cigarette
smoke)
or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive credit in any form.

You have to send it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice,
provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return. Make sure you save your tracking number.

If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will not receive credit of any kind.

All merchandise is thoroughly inspected both before leaving our warehouse and before being accepted by
our returns department to assure the quality of the dresses we receive.



USING STORE CREDIT Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date. Store credit may be used
only for purchasing merchandise and does not count toward shipping costs. If you would like to use store
credit along with a coupon, please contact a customer service representative to assist you.

To redeem your store credit, when checking out, enter the store credit code in the box that says code and
press the “Use Gift Certificate” button to apply the code. You will see the new adjusted price once the code
is applied.

RESTOCKING FEES There is a 10% restocking fee per item for all returns and/or exchanges.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST To receive your return authorization number please go to www.
letiasbridal.com/returns and fill out the return authorization request form. Make sure you have added
letiasbridal.com to your email address book to insure you receive our email with your return authorization
number. Please put “Return Authorization Number Issued” on the outside of the box.

privacy and will never sell your information to third parties.

What personal information is collected and how is it used? Personal information is considered
any information that is specific to you, such as your name, email address, credit card information, etc. In order
to make a purchase or receive Letia’s Bridal newsletter, users must enter their personal information.

When you make a purchase, we require that you provide your shipping and billing address, phone
number and credit card information (if paying by credit card). This information is stored in a secure database,
only accessible to select employees with access rights to this information. Letiasbridal.com protects your
online order information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. (Details are provided in the next
section.)

Additionally, Letiasbridal.com logs your Internet Protocol Address (IP). An IP address is a number that is
automatically assigned to your computer when browsing the Internet. Information from IP addresses is used
for system administration, to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, etc. This information is used only
in the aggregate form. IP addresses are not linked to any PII, meaning that your session on our site is tracked,
but will not be linked to any personal information.

Protecting your order information is a priority. Promgirl.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to
insure that all data passed between our server and your web browser remain private and secure.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than

 Please wear similar undergarments that you will wear with your Blush gown when taking measurements.

 Make sure the largest dimension is allowed for in the size chosen.

 Please order the larger size if you are in-between two sizes. It is much easier to take in a dress, than to   
let it out.

 Most of our long styles will fit tall consumers, but we do not make dresses with additional length.
